1. Delivery Timeline
You will receive your logo and brand kit within 1 to 3 business days from the time you submit your full brief and payment (if applicable).
2. One-Time Delivery
Unless you choose a plan that includes revisions, the deliverables are final. No additional edits or changes will be made.
3. Usage Rights
All logo files and brand assets delivered to you are 100% yours. You may use them for commercial or personal use without restriction.
4. AI & Human Collaboration
Your brand identity is created using AI tools with human creative direction and curation. This is not an automated logo generator.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this service and the fast delivery, no refunds will be offered once we start working on your project.
6. Feedback (for free clients)
If you’re part of the free testing group, you agree to provide honest feedback after receiving your logo. This helps us improve the product.
7. Communication
