3. Businesses can have an old logo or no logo at all to apply.

4. The selection of businesses for this service is at the discretion of the organizer, and not all applicants may be accepted.

5. The branding service includes design support but does not cover printing or additional marketing expenses.

6. The applicant agrees to provide necessary business details and materials required for the branding process.

7. By applying, the business agrees to allow the organizer to showcase their branding transformation (before & after) on social media or other promotional materials.

8. The service is free, and the applicant cannot claim monetary compensation or request modifications beyond the agreed scope.

9. The organizer reserves the right to discontinue the service or modify the terms at any time.

10. Submission of this form implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

📜 الشروط والأحكام🔹

1. هذه الخدمة المجانية للعلامة التجارية مقدمة كجزء من مبادرة خاصة خلال شهر رمضان لدعم المشاريع الناشئة.

2. يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدم منتج أو خدمة فعلية وأن يكون المشروع قيد التشغيل حاليًا ليكون مؤهلًا.

3. يمكن للشركات أن تمتلك شعارًا قديمًا أو لا تمتلك شعارًا على الإطلاق للتقديم.

4. يتم اختيار الشركات المستفيدة من هذه الخدمة وفقًا لتقدير المنظم، وقد لا يتم قبول جميع الطلبات.

5. تشمل الخدمة تصميم العلامة التجارية فقط، ولا تغطي تكاليف الطباعة أو النفقات التسويقية الإضافية.

6. يوافق المتقدم على تقديم جميع التفاصيل والمعلومات اللازمة لإتمام عملية التصميم.

7. بالموافقة على هذه الخدمة، يوافق المتقدم على السماح للمنظم بعرض عملية تطوير العلامة التجارية (قبل وبعد) على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو لأغراض ترويجية أخرى.

8. الخدمة مجانية، ولا يمكن للمتقدم المطالبة بأي تعويض مالي أو طلب تعديلات خارج نطاق الخدمة المتفق عليه.

9. يحتفظ المنظم بالحق في إيقاف الخدمة أو تعديل الشروط في أي وقت.

10. يعتبر تقديم هذا النموذج بمثابة موافقة على هذه الشروط والأحكام.
